Yummy Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe

In this post I will show you how to make yummy Chocolate Chips Muffins using simple ingredients usually present in every home.


Ingredients:
1/2 cup melted Butter
2  Eggs
1 cup Milk
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1/2 cup White Sugar
1/3 cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp salt
1 cup Semi Sweet or Milk Chocolate Chips

Preparation
1) Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F or 190 degrees C. Line a 12 cup muffin tin with liners, set aside.
2) To make the buttermilk, add vinegar into the milk, stir and leave it for a while.
3) In a small bowl mix together the flour,salt and baking powder.
4) Add around 2 Tbsp of dry mixture into chocolate chips.
5) In a large bowl mix together the remaining ingredients until combined. Add the dry ingredients and just mix to combine but not over mixing. Using a spatula fold in the chocolate chip mixture and make sure they are evenly spread out through out the batter.
6) Using a large spoon, divide the batter evenly in the prepared muffin pan.
7) Bake for 22 to 24 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffin comes out clean.
