750 gms Lean Beef Qeema
2 Tbsp Butter 2 Tbsp Raw Papaya Paste
1 1/2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 Tbsp Green Chilli Paste
1 cup Brown Onion (tali hui pyaz)
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Nutmeg and Mace Powder (Jaifal aur Javitry)
1 tsp Cubeb Berries Powder (kabab Chini)
1/2 cup Oil
1 Charcoal to smoke Qeema
Onion,Green Chilli,Ginger and Lemon for Garnishing
