Today, I show you how to prepare this mouth watering recipe.
Ingredients for Mixed Vegetables:
1/2 cup chopped Onion
3 Large Carrots
3 Medium size chopped Tomatoes
4 green onions (White and Green part chopped separately)
1/2 cup Peas
250 to 300 grams Spinach
1 cup Cilantro ( hara dhaniya)
2 medium size Potatoes
1/4 cup Yellow Lentil ( Chana Daal) soaked for 1/2 an hour
1/3 cup Oil
1 Tsp Salt
1/3 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tbsp Ground Coriander
1/2 Tbsp Ground Cumin
2 Tbsp Fenugreek Leaves (Qasoori Methi)
1 Tbsp chopped Green Chillies
1 Tbsp chopped Garlic
Ingredients for Khichri:
1 cup Bamati Rice
1/2 cup Moong Daal
1/3 cup sliced Onion
1/3 cup Oil
2 Tsp Salt
3 cups Water
