Yummy Bun Kabab With Chutney | بن کباب اور چٹنی

In this video I will show how to make Yummy Bun Kabab with Chutney using simple ingredients usually present in every home.

Ingredients for Kabab:
250 grams Chana Daal
1 big Potato
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
10 to 12 Whole Red Pepper 
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tbsp Ground Cumin
1 Tbsp Coriander powder
1/4 cup Chopped Onion
1/4 cup Cilantro
1 Green Chilli
Egg for coating
Oil for frying
Burger Buns as required
Onions, Tomatoes, Salad leaves, Cucumber as required

Ingredients for Chutney:
1 cup Mint Leaves
1 cup Cilantro
3/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
4 Cloves Garlic 
1 Green Chilli 
2 Tbsp Tamarind (Imli) soaked in water for half an hour
2 Pieces of Dried Mango ( khatai ) soaked in water for half an hour or 
1 Tbsp Dried Mango Powder ( Khatai Powder )

2 Tbsp Black Pepper ( Kali Mirch )
1 Tsp or 24-25 Cloves ( Long )
6 to 7, 2 inch Pieces Cinnamon ( Dar chini )
7 to 8 Black Cardamom seeds ( Bari Ilaichi )
1/4 Tsp Carom seeds ( Ajwain )
1/4 Tsp Mace (Javitry )
1/4 piece from Whole Nutmeg (Jaifal )
2 medium size Bay Leaves ( Tez pattay)
